Follows are some resources for computing help:
- Apple hardware problems - if you've purchased a computer from the bookstore and it is still under warranty (or Applecare coverage), you can contact the bookstore or ACMS CRI directly for repair. You can also take your computer to the Apple Store or an outside vendor including -
Cry Wolf or Macintosh Guru.
- Other hardware problems - If you purchased from the bookstore, contact them directly. Also, ACMS CRI may be able to help (depending on the age and model of the computer). Otherwise, contact the vendor from where you purchased the computer.
