Checkout requests must be submitted 3 business days in advance. If reservation is for off-campus/non-departmental use, a "Request for Funding" form is required.
Equipment checkout and return days and hours of operation are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
Returns: 10am - 12pm
Checkout: 1pm - 3pm
